The innovative Los Angeles post-production facility, Mad Old Nut Productions, needed a whole new look, and website. Their primary customers are high end, big budget television series, such as “The Walking Dead,” “The Mentalist“ and “Supergirl,” and these programs’ studio executives and show producers, who relish cost-effective, state-of-the-art technical services, and a creative ambience.
We created a logo, based on the client’s input, that was a hand-drawn “old baby.” In a kind of mad scientist comic book style, that would instantly be identifiable as “Mad Old Nut.” Our unique illustration embodies the passionate, creative and tech savvy company, and the image they want to project. We gave them samples using the text of their company’s name in both more playful and more straightforward versions, on branded materials such as business cards, letterhead, mobile apps, coffee mugs, t-shirts and more.
